Lift Weights Faster!! Make cardiovascular training fun with bodyweight and resistance training using a mix of supersets and circuit styled exercise combos to incinerate body fat.

Get professional training on form and technique for less than 1/4 the price of 1-on-1 training! 

Meet an awesome group of people and make some friends who all love to workout to the same music you do!

Music requests are welcome! Give us your favourite song and we'll get it into the mix!!

This class runs in tandem with our Waterloo Rocks Fitness Foundations class, so feel free to bring friends and family members of different levels to workout at the same time and still get workouts tailored to your abilities!

NEW PROGRAM!! 

Learn proper form and technique and how to exercise safely!

Rather than having you pay full price for 1-on-1 coaching to learn the basics that everyone needs to learn, we've created this group training class to give you the same training for 1/4 of the price!

 This class is designed specifically for those new to physical fitness and those looking for a brush up on their technique. Fitness Foundations will help you build the right base.

You'll also get the support of other people going through the same journey you are, so you can root each other on in your fitness journeys. The value of a consistent training partner cannot be underestimated, so it is our hope that you will find a training partner for years to come in our class.

Learn what you need to know to begin training safely and confidently! Class sizes are capped at 12 people so you can guarantee that you'll get the coaching attention you deserve.

Unlike traditional group training classes that are aimed at all levels of fitness, the pace of this class is designed to allow you to practice proper form and technique.

LOCATION: Battlegrounds Gym. 641 Colby Drive, Waterloo, ON. 
When you enter go through your respective change room and turn to your right when you enter the main gym. We'll be setting up on the mats.

PAR-Q & WAIVER: Please fill these out as soon as you arrive. If you have any medical conditions that would prevent you from being able to participate, please notify us ahead of time.

DIRECTIONS: Driving North on King St in Waterloo, turn left at Wyman Road, then right onto Colby Drive. Battlegrounds will be on your right in 150m. To use Google Maps for detailed directions from your home, Google "637-643 Colby Drive, Waterloo"

PARKING: Parking is available at Battlegrounds.

WHAT TO BRING: 
Gym clothing
Running shoes (but you will be barefoot or in socks on the mats most of the time)
Water Bottle
Hand towel (in case you're sweating up a storm!)
A smile!

WHAT SHOULD I EAT BEFOREHAND?
Generally you should eat a solid meal 2-3 hours before the bootcamp. If you are eating closer to the class, eat a bit lighter, but be sure to eat enough to have energy to get through the class.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE? 
If this is your first class, please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get all registration details settled before we begin the class.

OTHER CLASS DATES: Tuesday at 5:00pm as well as special events on Friday evening and Saturday morning/afternoon are also available if we have enough interested people, so please let us know if you have interest in any of those.
