Bad Blood & Back Workout

After starting the day off on the wrong foot, I decide to change my perspective and smash out a good workout.

My FIRST HARDCORE upper body workout since 3 months ago! I haven't been able to since I broke my arm on May 14. Finally got cleared to lift more than 10lbs (however, in this video I "pre-emptively" worked out because I knew I was going to be cleared the next day at the scheduled appointment :P).


If you choose to just "let go" of it...you might just find yourself dancing/singing to "Bad Blood" by T-Swizzle...as your pre-workout pump up! ;)

Ps. Angeldust pre-workout anyone? I didn't find that it gave me that much of a lift...but maybe because I didn't take one full scoop at a time (I ended up having the other half halfway through my workout).
