Decline Bench Press SS Decline Push-ups
Flat Bench Dumbbell Press SS Narrow Barbell Press
Incline Shoulder Press SS Dumbbell Lateral Raises
Javorek (lateral, front and rear delt raises...with upright rows and curl to press all x10 no rest!)
I love burning out on shoulders, adds the finishing touches to my pump :)
